Cinnamon and Blueberry Toast

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Water, distilled
 g Blueberries
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix together KetoCal with milk, baking powder, egg, water and a squirt of sweetener with in a bowl.
  3. Chop blueberries into small pieces and add to mixture with a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Place mixture on a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Spread out thinly in a 6'' square.
  6. Cook for 10 mins or until golden brown.
