Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Butter, salted
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Almonds, flaked and ground
ml Milk, soya, original, Alpro (HCP added*)
g Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
- Mix all the ingredients together, except the blueberries.
- Spoon into the muffin tray and then add the blueberries to the top of the mixture.
- Cook for 30-35 mins.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool (if muffin is bubbling around sides, it's fine, it will be absorbed into the muffin once cooled).
