whoopie Pie

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Milk powder (HCP added*)
 g Cocoa powder
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Mix all the ingredients (except double cream) in a bowl to a smooth paste
2. Add cold water (about 2 tbls) to get the mixture to a dropping consistency
3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spoon the mixture into 4 even rounds
4.Smooth out with a knife
5. Tape the tray to even them out (you can place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe out onto the tray)
6. Bake in a pre heated over 170oc gas 3 for 10 mins
7. Once out the oven allow to cool on a wire rack
8. Sandwich 2 together with whipped double cream
