INGREDIENTS:**
ml MCT Oil
g Flour, wheat, white, self raising
g Flour, oat bran, Infinity (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas mark 4.
- Mix together the flour, oatbran flour, pinch of salt, 8ml MCT oil and water to make a dough ball.
- Flatten to form a 4'' round base on non-stick baking tray and cook for 7 mins in the oven.
- Gently heat the remaining oil and fry onions and mushrooms, remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, seasoning and dried herbs.
- Spread on pizza base, sprinkle with cheese and cook for approximately 10-15 mins.
- Whilst cooking fry bacon and serve with pizza.
