Chocolate almond fat bomb

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Cocoa powder
 g Almonds, flaked and ground

Directions:

Dissolve cocoa powder in a little water, mix all ingredients together. Place into mould and then put into the freezer to set. Ideally it does need to be kept in the freezer because otherwise it becomes very soft.
