German Lebkuchen

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Cloves, dried
 g Allspice, ground
 g Nutmeg, ground
 g Coriander leaves, dried
 g Cardamom, ground
 g Ginger, ground
 g Mace, ground

Directions:

  1. Weigh the ingredients.
  2. Beat butter until fluffy. Add eggs and all other ingredients and knead further.
  3. Knead the dough also with hands to get it smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough between two cling film pieces.
  5. Use a star cookie cutter and place the cookies at a baking tray covered by a pan liner.
  6. Preheat oven with 170 °C (air circulation).
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and wait until chilled.
  9. Use keto chocolate to decorate if you like!
