Fat head pizza rollups

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Olives, green, in brine, drained, flesh and skin
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)

Directions:

Squeeze liquid out of mozzarella. Melt in microwave and stir in all other ingredients, mix until you form a dough. Roll out onto a board, top with the tomato puree, cheddar cheese and olives. Roll this up into a large sausage shape and bake in oven until golden brown. Allow to cool once cooked and slice into three portions. Serve dipped into the mayonnaise (15g of mayonnaise per portion).
