Pitta Bread - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 ml Egg, white, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Egg, yolk (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Salt

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 150c/Fan 130c/ Gas 2. Beat the egg yolk with the Philadelphia, salt and sweetener (both optional). Add the baking powder to the egg white and beat until stiff. Fold in the yolk mix. Place in a equal sized neat pitta shaped mounds on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
