Chocolate muffin

INGREDIENTS:**
g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Butter, unsalted
g Cocoa powder
g Flour, Self raising (Mcdougalls)
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into paper or silicon cupcake cases, bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Makes 3 or 4 cupcakes.
