Bacon and egg breakfast

INGREDIENTS:**
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Oil, olive
ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
Directions:
Poach egg, fry bacon in half the oil, mash the avocado with the rest of the oil and the cream, serve bacon and egg on top of the mashed avocado.
