Butter crackers

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Salt
 g MCT Procal (HCP added*)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and spread dough onto a lined baking tray and cook until golden brown, 25-35 minutes. Allow to cool and then cut into around 10 portions depending on preferred size.
