Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken, breast, casseroled, meat only
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Curry powder
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

  1. Place oil in saucepan and heat, add chicken, mushroom, pepper, tomato puree, spring onion and garlic puree and cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder and water, cook for further 10 mins on low heat.
  3. Mix KetoCal into the curry (do not boil) and serve immediately.
