Rolls with coconut

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Oil, rapeseed
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Curd Cheese (20% Fat) (Patient added*)
 g Salt

Directions:

  1. Mill desiccated coconut using an electric kitchen machine.
  2. Weigh all ingredients.
  3. Use silicon dough scraper to mix all ingredients.
  4. Add salt if needed.
  5. Form 4 rolls and place them at a baking tray covered by pan liner.
  6. Preheat oven with 180 °C.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and wait until the fat foam disappeared.
