Obatzter with chive - inspired by Germany

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Cheese, spreadable, full fat, soft, white
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, Camembert
 g Cheese, Emmental
 g Chives, fresh
 g Paprika


  1. Weigh all ingredients.
  2. Stir butter creamy.
  3. Add KetoCal and cream cheese.
  4. Chop Camembert or mash it with a fork.
  5. Grate Emmental cheese.
  6. Wash and dry the chive. 
  7. Chop it.
  8. Mash all together and serve with Paprika.
