Crunchy Biscuits - Inspired by Brazil

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Blueberries
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cream, fresh, single
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Baking powder
 g Water, distilled
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C (350 F)
  2. Mix KetoCal, fresh cream, eggs, baking powder, sweetener and water in a Bowl.
  3. Melt the Butter and add it to the mixture.
  4. Mince the Blueberries into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
  5. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Put the mixture over waxed paper.
  7. Spread a thin layer and cut them in squares.
  8. Cook it at 180º C for 10 minutes or until it golden brown.

Optional:
Add Zero Carb Sweetener
