Cauliflower Cheese

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
g Oil, olive
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
g Water, distilled
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160 C/gas mark 3.
- Boil cauliflower for 5 mins, strain and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Place oil, cream, KetoCal, 4g cheese and water in a small pan.
- Stir on a low heat until cheese has melted (do not boil).
- Cover cauliflower with cheese sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cook in the oven for 6 mins.
