Chocolate avocado pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lindt 90% (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Salt
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 ml coconut milk (canned) (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)

Directions:

Remove avocados from the skin and place in a food processor. Blend until combined and creamy. Melt the chocolate then add all the ingredients into the mixer and continue to blend until pureed. Taste and add additional sweetener if desired. Blend for 1-2 minutes until completely creamy, spoon into pots and place in the fridge. Makes 4-6 portions depending on preference.
