Chocolate avocado brownies

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Lindt 90% (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Salt
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

Place coconut oil and chocolate in a medium sized heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of barely simmering water, making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the boiling water. Stir until chocolate and coconut oil are completely melted. Remove. In a large bowl mash avocado until very smooth, then stir in the chocolate coconut oil mixture. Wisk in sweetener, add the egg, vanilla extract, cocoa powder ground almonds, baking powder and salt until combined, don't over mix. Spread the batter into a cake tin and smooth down using a spatula. Bake for about 28-30 minutes, allow to cool then cut into 12 squares.
