Sausage and Mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pork Sausages, Tesco finest british (HCP added*)
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Leeks, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1. Peel and boil the celeriac until very soft.
2. Drain and mash with the butter.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan, and fry the leeks until cooked.
4. Cook sausages according to instructions.
