Pancake - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 ml Milk, Soya, Light, Alpro (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Oil, olive
 g Blueberries

Directions:


1) Reserve blueberries for serving.
2) Mix together the ground almonds, cream and Alpro.
3) Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan.
4) When hot pour in the batter mixture and cook until brown underneath and set on top then flip over to cook the other side or pop under a hot grill.
5) Serve with the blueberries you can add sweetener or sugar free syrup if liked.
6) You can exchange the blueberries for other fruits such as 45g of strawberries or 60g of raspberries.
