Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml Milk, Soya, Light, Alpro (HCP added*)
 g Hovis Best of Both Medium (HCP added*)

Directions:


1) Reserve 5g of the butter to butter the bread.
2) Whisk the egg with the Alpro cream and some seasoning if desired.
3) Melt the remaining butter in a pan and stir in the egg mixture, stir gently until cooked through.
4) Serve with the smoked salmon and buttered bread on the side.
5) You could toast the bread if preferred.
