Nutty Crunch Cereal - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Brazil nuts, kernel only
 g Linwoods milled flaxs sunflower pumpkin seed mix (HCP added*)
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g Sunflower seeds
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Raspberries, raw
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)

Directions:


1) Chop the brazil nuts and melt the butter then mix with all other ingredients including some sugar free sweetener if desired and essence.
2) Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven 190c/Fan 170c/Gas 5 for approx. 5 mins until golden.
3) Serve warm or cold with the fruit and cream.
4) You can replace the raspberries with 30g strawberries.
