Traditional cooked breakfast - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Baked beans, canned in tomato sauce, reduced sugar, reduced salt
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)

Directions:


1) Starting with the sausages fry them in half the oil until cooked and add the bacon when the sausages are almost done. Keep warm.
2) Add the tomato and mushrooms and cook until done.
3) Add remaining oil and fry the egg.
4) Serve with the warmed baked beans you could pop them in the frying pan after the egg then you will get all the residue fat.
