Vegetable bake - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Cauliflower, raw
 ml Milk, Soya, Light, Alpro (HCP added*)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Mixed herbs, dried

Directions:


1) Dice all the vegetables.
2) Pre-heat oven to 160c/ fan 140c/ gas 4.
3) Beat the egg with the Alpro, cream, half the oil, the Gia garlic paste and the mixed herbs.
4) Mix in the chopped vegetables.
5) Grease an ovenproof dish with the remaining oil.
6) Put the mixture in the dish and dot with the butter.
7) Bake for 30-40 mins until vegetables are cooked.
