Stuffed mushrooms - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Bread, wholemeal, average
g Butter, unsalted
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
g Oil, olive
g Spinach, baby, raw
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Mixed herbs, dried
Directions:
1) Weigh the mushrooms without the stalks (large breakfast mushrooms may be good).
2) Divide the butter between the mushrooms and place in the centre of them.
3) Fry off bacon and spring onions in the olive oil with the seasoning and garlic paste, then add in the spinach.
4) Add mix to mushrooms.
5) Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
6) Bake in oven, 180c/ gas 6 for about 20 minutes.
