Sausage casserole - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
g Oil, olive
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Cabbage, average, raw
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g The Black Farmer's Daughter chipolatas (HCP added*)
g Celeriac, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
ml Knorr vegetable stock pot 100mls prepared (HCP added*)
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
Directions:
1) Dice the carrot, celeriac and boil for a few minutes until tender.
2) Fry the sausages and bacon until cooked in the oil then set to one side.
3) Fry the chopped onion and garlic paste in the same pan.
4) Add the cabbage and stock and cook until tender.
5) Put the carrot, celeriac and sausage back in and cook for a minute.
6) Stir in the double cream.
