Beef burger - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
g Beef, mince, raw
g Boursin garlic and herb (HCP added*)
g Onions, raw
g Oil, sunflower
g Heinz Tomato Ketchup No Added Sugar and Salt (HCP added*)
g Butter, unsalted
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
ml Vinegar, white (HCP added*)
g Salt
g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 180c/160 fan or gas 5.
2) Mix the almond flurry with the psyllium husks, baking powder and salt.
3) Add the egg white and vinegar and mix well.
4) Pour in the boiling water and mix until a dough forms.
5) Grease a baking tray or line with a non stick liner then shape into a burger bap shape.
6) Brush with a little beaten egg yolk.
7) Bake for approximately 40 minutes until cooked through.
8) Leave to cool on a wire rack.
9) The rolls can be batched and frozen.
10) Mix the beef with the chopped onion and the Boursin and form into a burger to fit the roll.
11) Fry gently in the oil until cooked through.
12) Serve roll spread with the butter, ketchup and residue oil.
