Christmas Chocolate Truffle Snack

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Double cream, extra thick, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Chocolate, 85% Dark, Morrisons (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Grate the chocolate finely.
2. Add the cream, butter and 4g of he cocoa powder into a saucepan and simmer.
3. Remove from the heat and beat in the grated chocolate and vanilla flavouring.
4. Pour into a dish and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
5. The next day, form into small balls, and then roll in the remaining cocoa powder, to give them a dusting.
6. Place into little paper cases and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.


**This whole recipe is 1 snack, but these can be batch cooked and kept for 3 days, may be useful for the festive period.
