Sausages and Cheesy Mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pork Sausages, Tesco finest british (HCP added*)
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Leeks, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1. Peel, chop and then boil the celeriac until soft and mashable.
2. Cook the sausages according to the packet.
3. Drain and mash the celeriac with the butter and cheese, while hot so the cheese melts.
4. Fry the leeks in a drop of olive oil until they are soft and cooked.
