Chocolate Brownie (Avocado)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g Chocolate, 85% Dark, Morrisons (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Coconut, desiccated

Directions:

Blend the avocado until smooth
Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan and mix into avocado
Mix together the cocoa powder, ground almond, coconut and 1TBSP baking powder and stir into the avocado chocolate mix
Beat the eggs until frothy and fold into the chocolate mix
Stir in a good squirt of sweetener
Add a few spoonfuls of boiling water to thin down the mixture as desired
Pour into a well greased baking tin or silicon mould
Bake in the oven on Gas 4 for 10mins or until firm
Cut into 5 even portions

Each portion = 23.5g Fat; 4.7g protein; 3.5g CHO; 250kcal 
3:1 Ratio
*Great served warm!
*To increase the ratio, serve with some double cream
