Cottage Pie - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Beef, mince, raw
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Beans, green, raw
 g Celery, raw
 g Mixed herbs, dried
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Knorr Chicken Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

Dissolve your stock pot in about 80mls boiling water. Chop vegetables (except celeriac) finely and fry in oil with the minced beef for about 3 to 5 minutes until soft. Add stock, herbs and Gia garlic and tomato pastes. Cook for about 10 minutes. Put in ovenproof dish. Boil the celeriac until soft, mash with butter and spread on top of the mince. Bake in a moderate oven until browned and serve with the mayo on the side.
