BRHC Corned Beef Hash (OLD)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Princes Corned Beef (HCP added*)
 g Gundenham Diary Butter (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Gundenham Dairy Double Cream (HCP added*)
 g Brakes Fine Gravy Granules (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Chop up cauliflower floret. bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes, lift out a piece to test, it should be cooked.
2. Drain the cauliflower, and then tip into dish.
3. Mash with butter and cream.
4. Pan fry corned beef with spring onion for 1 minute.
5. Plate corned beef on top of mash.
6. Make up gravy as per manufacturer's instructions and pour 15ml made up gravy over the top.
