Herb & onion stuffing balls

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough (HCP added*)
 g Onions, raw
 g Garlic, raw
 g Sage, fresh
 g Parsley, fresh
 g Egg, yolk (HCP added*)

Directions:

You will also need few sprays of spray oil. Pinch salt and pepper.
1. Pre hear oven to 200 degrees gas 6  
2. Fry onion and garlic gently until soft add sage for a minuit before removing from heat 
3. Add the blitzed lo dough, the onion mix and parsley.  Pour in beaten egg yolk and mix - you may need to add a little water but don't make it to wet add salt and pepper to taste. 
4. Form into balls ingredients weighted 90g do I made 9 x 10g balls. 
5. Cook for 20 mins or stuff bird. Serve with roast dinner
