Chicken curry - J.

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, salted
 ml MCT Oil
 g Onions, raw
 g Leeks, raw
 g Ginger, fresh
 g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Curry powder
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Garlic, raw
 g Satsuma (peeled) (HCP added*)

Directions:

Cook the following ingredients gently in the butter (and MCT Oil): chopped raw onions, grated raw ginger, curry powder, sliced raw leeks.   Once these indredients are cooked add raw chopped brocolli and crushed raw garlic and cook for a minute or two.  Next add diced raw chopped chicken to the mixutre and cook gently to ensure chicken does not become tough. Then add double cream and ground almonds to thicken.  You can add some salt and pepper to taste.  You can also add a pinch of ground cardomon for extra flavour. Add less chicken if calories too high in this meal.
For dessert have  fruit to the value of 5 g of carbs - either 52 grams of raw satsuma (as in this recipe) or 55 g raw blueberries or 83 g raw strawberries or 43 g of raw apple
