Breakfast cereal

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g Macadamia nuts, salted
 g Oil, coconut
 g Jelly, sugar free, made with water

Directions:


1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
2. Beat egg white.
3. Beat in the nuts, oil and jelly powder. Add a little sweetener.
4.Mix until mixture is one colour.
5. Place mixture in a sandwich bag and snip off one corner.
6. Place 1cm dots on a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
7. Bake for 20 minutes until the "cookies" are completely dry.
8. To make the "milk", mix 40g of cream with a little sweetened water.
