Cheese and Bacon Muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
 g Milk, skimmed, UHT
 g Baking powder
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, Cheddar type, half fat
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 170 C/gas mark 3.
2. Chop and fry bacon in a frying pan until crispy.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Divide mixture into 6, spoon into muffin tray.
5. Cook for 30-35 mins or until golden brown.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool (if muffin is bubbling around the sides, this is fine, it will be absorbed into the muffin once cooled).


Chef's Tips:
Use silicone muffin tray to make it easier to remove the muffins. Muffins can be frozen.
