Blueberry Smoothie

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Blueberries
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g ice cube (Patient added*)


1. Place KetoCal, blueberries, a big squirt of sweetened and 4 ice cubes into a blender.
2. Blend for approx. 1 min (or until mixture is smooth).

Chef's Tips:
For a sweeter tasting smoothie, use KetoCal 4:1 Vanilla flavour.
Be careful using canned blueberries, as this amy contain syrup and therefore more carbohydrates.
