Chocolate Muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Almond meal, Asda (Patient added*)
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g Milk, skimmed, UHT
 g Baking powder
 g Cocoa powder
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 170 C/gas mark 3.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Divide mixture into 6, spoon into muffin tray.
4. Cook fro 30-35 mins, or until golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.


Chef's Tips:
Use a silicone muffin tray to make it easier to remove the muffins. Please take care not to use drinking chocolate. Muffins can be frozen.
