Chef Rachel's Pizza Muffin - Inspired by the US

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Tomato paste, sainsbury's (Patient added*)
 g Baking powder
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180'C (350 F)
  2. Spray regular or mini muffin pan.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, except for cheese.
  4. Blend until smooth.  Add a pinch of dried Italian seasoning garlic and onion powder.
  5. Divide between 2 muffin cavities or between mini muffin cavities.
  6. Bake: For regular muffin: 15-18 minutes. 
  7. For mini muffin size: 8-12 minutes.
