Cheesecake 4:1

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g Cheese, spreadable, full fat, soft, white
g Cream, whipping, UHT
g Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
2. In two separate bowls, beat the whipping cream and the egg white, then mix together.
3. Mix in all remaining ingredients.
4. Divide into muffin tins.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Freeze until required.
* 30g Walden Farms chocolate sauce can be added to make chocolate cheesecakes.
