Individual Pizza 4:1

g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
g Oil, olive
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
g mushrooms, portobello (HCP added*)
1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
2. Beat egg yolk and add Ketocal and olive oil to form a "dough“.
3. Spread onto a non-absorbent silicone baking sheet.
4. Bake for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and spread with the tomatoes (a small quantity of herbs may be added).
6. Sprinkle with the grated cheese, olives, mushrooms and olive oil.
7. Bake for a further few minutes until cheese is melted.
