Foccacia with courgettes and tomatoes 4:1

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
ml Egg, white, beaten (HCP added*)
ml oil, canola (Patient added*)
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
2. Mix together all ingredients except courgettes, tomatoes and olive oil, for form a dough.
3. Spread onto a silicone sheet.
4. Bake for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Sprinkle with the courgettes, tomatoes and olive oil.
6. Bake for approx. 10 minutes.
