Peanut Butter Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Yogurt, drinking, UHT
 ml Liquigen
 g Bread, wholemeal, average
 g peanut butter 100% (HCP added*)
 g Margarine, catering

Directions:

  1. Spread margarine and peanut butter on the sandwich.
  2. Mix Liquigen with the yoghurt drink, optionally add water.
  3. In stead of yoghurt drink you can use another milky product with the same amount of carbohydrates.
