Description: Avocado and egg breakfast blend

Ingredients:
 g Oil, coconut
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 ml Alpro Soya milk (Unsweetened) (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Nestle OptiFibre (HCP added*)

Directions:

Beat egg with half the milk and cook in some of the oil. Boil spinach in 100ml water. Blend spinach and water (use all the water from the spinach) and add in all the remaining ingredients. Add the remaining oil last to blend. Add more water if required for feeding.
