Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Curry powder
 g Water, distilled
 g Cauliflower, raw

Directions:

  1. Place oil in saucepan and heat, add chicken, mushroom, pepper, tomato puree, spring onion and garlic puree and cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder and water, cook for another 10 mins on low heat.
  3. Mix KetoCal into curry (do not boil) and serve immediately.
  4. Grate the cauliflower to make cauli-rice and heat in microwave to serve with the curry
