Description: This recipe is great for breakfast or filled for lunch or dinner, 

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, spreadable (75-80% fat)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Butter, spreadable (75-80% fat)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia

Directions:

Melt the butter let it cool, mix all dry ingredients together add butter and Ketocal liquid mix until you a dough 
Pipe into doughnut tin or place onto lined baking sheet with wet fingers make a hole 
Brush top with water and sprinkle on poppy seeds mixed herbs or ground pepper and salt


Mix the cream cheese and butter together and spread on toasted bagel or cut bagel into slice ( bagel chips) and use to dip into the cheese cheese mix
