Raspberry ketocal ice lolly

Description: This lolly recipe is quick, you can batch make, and freeze for 6 months 

Ingredients:
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

Add the water, sweetener, and raspberries to a small pan heat gently over a medium heat stirring until you have a purée, if you need a smooth lolly pass this though a sieve to remover the seeds ( allow to cool) 
Once cooled add the ketocal liquid stir until combined, you can pour this into an lolly pop mould, or place into a freezer friendly box with lid, freeze until hard you can keep these lolly’s frozen for 6 months, 
If you are using a box once frozen you can use a folk to crush into a sorbet and serve straight away.
