Bagel 🥯

Description: This recipe is great for breakfast or filled for lunch or dinner, 

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, salted
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Butter, salted
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia

Directions:

Melt the 25g of butter let it cool, mix all dry ingredients together add butter and Ketocal liquid and 8g cream cheese mix until you form a soft dough.
Pipe into a doughnut tin or place onto a lined baking sheet with wet fingers make a whole, this will make 2 good sized bagles or 4 smaller. 
Brush top with water and sprinkle on poppy seeds mixed herbs or ground pepper and salt.


Mix the 40g cream cheese and 13g butter together and spread on toasted bagel or cut bagel into slices ( bagel chips) and use to dip into the cheese cheese mix
