Cheesy scrambled egg with ham

Description: I followed the method from the nutrica cook book but instead of adding mushrooms, I added lean ham to the side. 

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g ASDA Grated Mozzarella Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Ham
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Weigh all items, put powder into bowl, separate egg white and egg yolk, mix the egg white in then add the egg yolk, add water and half the cheese, spray a frying pan with oil and cook once egg starts to scramble add rest of cheese to the top serve with sliced ham on the side
