Description:
marzipan can be used to cover celebration cakes or cupcake's and used to make edible decorations for the top of your cakes, you can cut out letters and numbers to use on birthday cakes.
you can also make marzipan fruits or use as a filling for chocolates for Easter and Christmas.

Ingredients:
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)
 g Egg, yolk (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground

Directions:


1 sift the sugars and ground almonds together,
2 mix the egg yolk into the whole egg and mix into the almond mixture stirring well
3 knead briefly to ensure the marzipan is completely mixed and pliable, if its a bit dry add a little more beaten egg or to sticky a little more icing sugar.
4 keep wrapped in plastic until needed
5 roll out to the size of the cake and cover allow to set 2/3 days until you cover with royal icing or marshmallow icing.
6 you can colour the marzipan with paste colour
7 you can add different sugar free flavouring's, orange, lemon, if your using to make filled chocolates.
